Recover 5x Faster with GO JUICE®

“If you’re not supplementing, you’re suffering.”

GO JUICE® is a perfect way to supplement to decrease the “suffering”!

Athletes are always on the search for “the next best thing”, or the new miracle pill that will help them reach their fitness goals.

However, instead of searching for that elusive solution, getting back to the basics is really where the magic is.

GO JUICE® is a perfect way to get back to the basics with an all-in-one recovery solution to help you recovery five times faster than you would without GO JUICE®.

Our unique formula includes a 2:1:1 ratio of BCAAs Leucine, Iso-Leucine and Valine, Glutamine and electrolytes for faster recovery!

Let’s break down each ingredient in the GO JUICE® formula to see how it assists an athlete in their recovery and performance goals.

Glutamine is THE MOST ABUNDANT amino acid in the body. Amino acids are the building blocks of muscles ... That statement itself should stress the importance of this vital amino.

There’s also been a boatload of research done on Glutamine, suggesting its use will help athletes recover and boost protein synthesis to reduce soreness and increase power output. (1.)

Glutamine can also help boost the immune system - and being that glutamine is the primary energy source for your immune system - it makes sense that it is directly linked to overall health (2).

Glutamine could be the most important amino to the bodybuilder. It provides cellular support and muscle metabolism support unlike any other amino acid, making supplementation almost a necessity.

Whether you’re looking to increase your athletic performance, build muscle or improve a health condition such as leaky gut or diabetes, L-glutamine should be a part of your daily diet. Make it your go-to supplement, and it likely won’t be long until you start to feel the difference.

GO JUICE® contains 1,000mg of Glutamine per serving.

Leucine, Isoleucine and valine are essential amino acids, aka BCAAs, that is integral to the synthesis of muscle. Branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs) cannot be produced by the body and need to be obtained from food sources.

These amino acids are broken down in the muscles instead of the liver, helping to enhance energy production and muscle synthesis during exercise.

However, of the three, Leucine is often considered preferable to other branched-chain amino acids because it’s broken down and absorbed more rapidly, allowing it to be used more readily than isoleucine and valine.

Leucine has powerful muscle building effects and is a key amino ingredient in muscle synthesis. A long term study (3) found that leucine supplementation is far more effective on protein synthesis when taken with other BCAAs. This is why it is often preferred to supplement the BCAAs as one, rather than individually.

BCAAs can also improve your perofrmance in the gym by improving your aerobic capacity (4) and overall power output (5) on trained muscle groups.

So, if you are looking for rapid recovery … or the closest thing, supplementing with BCAAs is a no brainer.

Need another bit of convincing?

Check this study(6) -->  High intensity endurance cyclists were provided with BCAAs post recovery during their training and showed that BCAA supplementation improves recovery!

GO JUICE® contains 2,000mg of Leucine, 1,000mg of Iso-Leucine & 1,000mg of Valine per serving.

Often overlooked, but not to be underestimated, electrolytes play a very important role in your ability to perform well!

Primarily, they become of concern when we exercise, sweat and start losing these vital nutrients.

The major electrolytes we should be concerned with, as athletes, are: Potassium and Sodium. Those are directly involved in the ability of the muscle to contract or not.

Electrolytes are found within bodily fluids, including urine, blood and sweat. Electrolytes are given their name because they literally have an “electric charge”. They separate into positively and negatively charged ions when they’re dissolved in water.

The reason this is important is because of how nerve reactions take place. Your nerves signal to one another by a process of chemical exchanges dependent on oppositely charged ions, both outside and inside of your cells.

Think muscular contractions. If you do not have the right balance of positive and negative ions, your muscles CANNOT contract, and you can not do what you need or want to.

This directly affects performance in athletes - if you don’t replace the electrolytes you lose, you’ll lose performance quickly. You can often tell if you have an imbalance if you experience muscle aches and/or spasms during exercise, or a quicker heartbeat at rest than normal.

When it comes to recovery, as an athlete, it’s your responsibility to make sure you are taking in adequate water and electrolytes before, during and AFTER your workout to bring your body back to homeostasis.

GO JUICE® contains 20mg Sodium and 40mg Potassium
