Knee Pain? Try This Quick Warm-Up Exercise & Move Better!

Knee pain is an incredibly common complaint among athletes.

It doesn’t matter if you are 21 and in your athletic prime, or edging towards your golden years.

Knee pain knows who you are, and will find you.

The knee works properly when multiple major muscle groups work together to produce the balanced muscular contractions that elicit efficient and effective motor patterns.

Simply put, this is how the knee is structured anatomically and functions physiologically.

Knee pain occurs when unnatural variables alter the physiology of our anatomy.
This causes muscular imbalances which can result in injury.

Overtraining and overuse injuries can result from these imbalances as well as bad coaching and poor body mechanics repeated over and over.

Fortunately, there are plenty of measures we can take to remedy and alleviate pain
immediately and continuing approaches for preventing pain from coming back in
the future.
