Daylight Savings Time Bringing You Down?
Did you know that 40% of American DO NOT get enough Vitamin D3 in their diet?

What is Vitamin D3 and what does it do?
For those of us that are Everyday Athletes, it's imperative to our bone strength to get the recommended daily allowance of Vitamin D3. This is anywhere between 25 micrograms to 100 micrograms, depending on your age, current athletic level and time of year.
When we don't get enough sunlight, or have enough Vitamin D3 in our diets, we often experience general depression and lethargy, finding it tough to stay motivated. As it relates to the seasons, this is often referred to as 😔 SAD (Seasonal Affective Disorder).
